HI, bloggers this week we have been learning information, reading books and discussing Anzac day. We have read some stories about what happens on Anzac day, I found out that there was dawn parades and other parades like The ceremony which is a parade that talks about what is Anzac day. I thought that dawn parades were during the day but they weren't, they are early in the morning. I found out that people from World War 2 are still alive today and people from Word War 1 arent because they would be over 100 years old. We read two stories, one of them was my granddad marches on Anzac. The other story we read was, Least we forget . ANZAC day is to commemorate soldiers that went to war from New Zealand . We did some activities after reading the story, which were really fun to be honest. We finished of with reading a poem. Here are some photos of what we have been doing.
